ARINOLA M. BOLA (Managing Director)
Bola Arinola is a graduate of Insurance and an Associate
Chartered Insurance Brokers (ACIB), he also hold Chartered
Insurance of Nigeria (CIIN) Brokers Certification with MBA in
view from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomosho.
He started his insurance career with Marine & General Assurance
in 1991 after which he joined AIICO Insurance Plc where he was
trained as a Life Assurance salesman.
He worked with First Assurance Plc in 2005 – June 2006 to start
a Branch in Ikeja as Branch Manager and emerged the best Branch
within a year of operations.
Arinola was the pioneer Managing Director/CEO of Panacea
Insurance Brokers Limited, the position he held in February 2001
– March 2004. During this period he won for the company an award
of the BEST Brokers of the year in 2001.
Prior to this time he was a reputable lecturer in University of
Jos at their satellite Campus in Bauchi State where he rose to
the position of Assistant Head of Account Department. He later
joined Real Insurance Brokers Ltd as Branch Manager to revive
their Lagos Branch Office, this he achieved in less than one
year of joining the Company.
He is an expert in underwriting and Marketing of Commercial and
Industrial Risks, Oil & Gas Insurance, Life and even General
Insurance Businesses. He also worked with Financial Insurance
Company Ltd as Ibadan Branch Manager in 1998 and was later
redeployed to revive Apapa Branch in 1999.
Arinola joined Union Commercial Insurance Brokers Ltd. In 1999
as Manager III and within one year of excellent and exemplary
performance was promoted to full Manager to head a department,
which was created at the instance of his performance. It was
this outstanding performance that earned him the BEST Manager of
the year 2000.
He is currently the Managing Director of IMFB Insurance Brokers
Limited and confident that he will bring to bear his wealth of
experience in both insurance Marketing and Underwriting to grow
this enviable Broking outfit.
