MR GABRIEL DEMILADE ADEPOJU, BSC, FCA, FCIT (Chairman)
Gabriel Adepoju, is a graduate of Accounting from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife (1987), a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) has 19 (nineteen) years working experience spanning Banking, Insurance, Audit, Consultancy, Manufacturing and Civil Service.

Prior to this, he was Executive Director with WAPIC Insurance (Plc), a publicly quoted company on the floor of Nigerian Stock Exchange between 2001 and 2005. While serving as the Executive Director of the Company, he won five awards for WAPIC Insurance Plc through Financial Reporting and Business Development. Also, he successfully supervises the Right Issue by WAPIC INSURANCE PLC with 105% subscription. Later as the Executive Director in charge of Business Development in charge of business development, he grew WAPIC Insurance Plc turnover from N240 million he met it in 2001 to over N1.6 billion in 2004.

Prior to his appointment as Executive Director in Wapic Insurance Plc, he was the Head of Manufacturing Group of the Corporate Banking Division at Intercontinental Bank Plc between 2000 and 2001. He was also at various times Head, Management Information and Administration Unit in the Financial Control Department.

The above was in three years experience with the International Firm of Coopers and Lybrand (Now Price water house Coopers) between 1992 and 1994. While at the Coopers and Lybrand, he was the Head of the Accounts Department. Before then, he was Head, Internal Audit and System controls of metalloplastical Nigeria Limited.
Mr Adepoju currently serves on the Board of the following organisations

• Integrated Microfinance Bank Limited (IMFB) - Director
• GAD Press & Ventures Limited - Chairman
• Anamnesis Nigeria Limited - Chairman

Mr Adepoju services on the board of trustee of the following non-governmental organisations;

• Light of Hope Orphanage
• Development Initiative for Women Upliftment

Demilade happily married with children would bring to bear his vast industry experience in the Corporate Governance of the IMFB Insurance Brokers Limited in his capacity as Executive Chairman.
