JERRY S. ARIOMOVUOHOMA M, IOD. (Director)
Jerry is an accomplished industrialist and business
administrator, an economist and a major player in the real
sector of Nigerian economy.
Jerry has diploma in Economics from Nottingham College,
Nottingham, United Kingdom in 1984 and a Bachelor of Science
Degree (Bsc Hons.) in Economics from Beach Hill University,
Oklahoma, United States of America in 1986. Immediately after
the conclusion of the degree program, he founded Flurex
Industries Nigeria Limited (makers of the famous AGI –GIN and
AGI-Tonic wine). He is the President of Flurex Tech Nigeria
Limited (exclusive marketers of Willett Coding Machines and
Video jet Coding Machines in UK and USA respectively. Flurex
Tech is also an exclusive marketer of RS Components of UK and
South Africa.)
Jerry also serves on the Board of the following companies:
President of AGI-Cosmetics Limited (makers of Labomita Hair
Fertilizers popularly known in Nigeria, USA, UK and France).
President of Real Steel Limited, (a prime mover in iron and
steel industries in Nigeria). Chairman, Applause Communications
Limited; Chairman, Stanford Bureau De Change Limited, a licensed
and authorized dealer of foreign exchange of the Central bank of
Nigeria; Chairman, Best World Life Style Limited (an affiliate
company of Best World Lifestyle Pte Limited of Singapore);
Director and Chairman, Establishment Committee of the Board of
Directors of Integrated Microfinance Bank Limited ( the first
licensed Microfinance Bank in Nigeria); Director and Chairman of
the Finance Committee of the Board, IMFB Insurance Brokers
Limited.
Jerry is a member of Institute of Directors both in Nigeria and
United Kingdom. His hobbies include: Playing Golf, Swimming and
Traveling.
His network as well as his vast experience will no doubt impact
